Modernizing a Fox Point Property for Rental Living

In Providence’s Fox Point neighborhood, we transformed a two-unit investment property into modern rental housing through a full-scale renovation and complete interior rebuild. The project was designed to improve long-term performance and tenant appeal while creating comfortable, functional residences tailored for modern urban living.

The interiors were fully reimagined in a transitional style that blends contemporary finishes with timeless residential details. Updated kitchens, new bathrooms, and thoughtfully redesigned layouts maximize natural light, efficiency, and everyday livability. Durable, low-maintenance materials were selected throughout to balance long-term performance with a refined residential aesthetic.

Behind the walls, the property received all-new mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, and infrastructure upgrades to improve efficiency, reliability, and long-term durability. From planning and construction through final delivery, our team managed every phase of the renovation to create a fully modernized multi-family property positioned for long-term rental success in one of Providence’s most desirable neighborhoods.
