SCOPE OF WORK

Convert a Freestanding Building into Townhouses

In Brookline’s Coolidge Corner neighborhood, we redeveloped a freestanding structure into two luxury townhouse-style condominiums through a comprehensive condo conversion, building addition, and full-scale renovation. The project was designed to maximize both functionality and livability while creating modern residences tailored to one of Greater Boston’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.

The renovation included a complete reconfiguration of the interior spaces, paired with a substantial addition that expanded the overall footprint and created more than 4,000 square feet of finished living space. Contemporary layouts, refined finishes, and thoughtfully integrated architectural details helped transform the property into a pair of spacious homes designed for modern living.

Both the interior and exterior of the building were comprehensively renovated, including major structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure upgrades to improve long-term durability, efficiency, and performance. From planning and permitting through construction and final delivery, our team managed every phase of the redevelopment to create two distinctive townhouse residences that balance modern design with the character and scale of the surrounding neighborhood.
