Redeveloping a Brookline Rowhouse into Luxury Homes

In Brookline’s Coolidge Corner neighborhood, we transformed a classic brick rowhouse into four luxury condominiums through a full-scale gut renovation. The project was designed to preserve the building’s historic character while creating modern residences tailored to one of Greater Boston’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.

The interiors were reimagined in a transitional style that blends contemporary finishes with timeless architectural details. Open floor plans, thoughtfully designed kitchens, refined materials, and expansive natural light create living spaces that feel both sophisticated and functional. Each residence was carefully planned to support modern lifestyles while maintaining a warm and inviting character throughout.

Behind the walls, the building was comprehensively rebuilt with all-new mechanical systems, utilities, and infrastructure to improve efficiency, durability, and long-term performance. From design coordination and material sourcing through construction and project delivery, our team managed every phase of the redevelopment to create four refined homes that combine historic Brookline character with the comfort and quality of modern construction.
