Reimagining a Brookline Property into Modern Condos

In Brookline’s Washington Square neighborhood, we transformed a freestanding three-unit building into a collection of luxury condominiums through a complete gut renovation. The project was designed to modernize the property while preserving the scale and character that define one of Brookline’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.

The interiors were reimagined in a transitional style that blends contemporary finishes with timeless architectural details. Spacious layouts, custom kitchens, refined materials, and expansive windows create bright, functional living spaces tailored for modern living while maintaining a warm and residential feel throughout.

Behind the walls, the structure was comprehensively rebuilt with all-new mechanical systems, utilities, and infrastructure to improve efficiency, durability, and long-term performance. From design coordination and material sourcing through construction and final delivery, our team managed every phase of the redevelopment to create three refined residences that combine modern comfort, quality craftsmanship, and the character of a classic Brookline property.
