In Brookline’s Coolidge Corner, we completed a full gut renovation and addition of a grand single-family Victorian, carefully restoring the home’s architectural character while comprehensively upgrading it for modern luxury living. The scope included a complete interior and exterior overhaul, allowing us to rework the layout, expand the footprint, and rebuild the home with the performance of new construction while preserving its historic presence.

The interior was executed in a classic, timeless style rather than a contemporary one, with extensive custom millwork and detailed finish work throughout. Signature Victorian elements—including the home’s distinctive rounded turret—were carefully restored and integrated into the new design. Every decision was guided by the goal of maintaining the home’s traditional elegance while thoughtfully retrofitting the property to meet today’s expectations for comfort, function, and quality.

The project also included a newly created in-law suite, multiple rebuilt and newly constructed balconies, and comprehensive upgrades to the building envelope and structure. Behind the walls, the home was fully modernized with all-new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems to support long-term durability and high-end performance.
