SCOPE OF WORK

Transform a Historic Building into Four Luxury Condos

We transformed a historic commercial building in Boston’s South End into four luxury condominiums through a comprehensive condo conversion and full-scale renovation. Our goal was to preserve the character of the building while introducing modern, functional living spaces tailored to contemporary urban living.

The interiors were designed with clean lines, open layouts, and thoughtful use of natural light to create a refined, modern aesthetic. Behind the walls, the building was extensively upgraded with all-new mechanical systems, utilities, and infrastructure to meet current standards for performance, safety, and comfort.

From zoning and change-of-use approvals through construction and project closeout, our team managed every phase of the development. The result is a collection of architecturally distinctive residences that blend historic character with modern luxury in one of Boston’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
