Rebuilding a Brookline Rowhouse into Luxury Condos

In Brookline’s Washington Square neighborhood, we transformed a classic brick rowhouse into four luxury condominiums through a full-scale gut renovation. The project was designed to preserve the architectural character of the building while introducing modern, thoughtfully designed residences tailored for contemporary urban living.

The interiors were reimagined in a transitional style that blends clean contemporary finishes with timeless architectural details. Open layouts, custom millwork, designer kitchens, and expansive windows create bright, functional living spaces that balance elegance with everyday practicality.

Behind the walls, the building was comprehensively rebuilt with all-new mechanical systems, utilities, and infrastructure to improve efficiency, safety, and long-term durability. From planning and design coordination through construction and final delivery, our team managed every phase of the redevelopment to create four refined residences that combine the character of a historic Brookline rowhouse with the comfort and performance of modern construction.
